There should be a free sausage roll if you?re waiting at the counter longer than 2 minutes with NO ONE serving at the counter - always in the back. Service here is consistently awful!

I went in to buy coffee with my little daughter and placed my coffee order and while I was waiting for my coffee to be prepared on the left side, my daughter asked for a cookie and when I told this to the woman working at the cashier, she stated that she could not take the order from here and said that I had to queue again, I did not accept and my order was not prepared yet and I stated that I wanted to make an addition, and the 3 working women looked at me extremely angry and started talking among themselves, as a result, I got my order, but they had an incredibly disturbing attitude. I am sure that I will never, ever buy anything there again and I hope that they will read this review and sort themselves out because not everyone may be as patient as me.

Absolutely rammed don't bother very little stock at peak hours 30 queuing out the door.
And don't forget it's not a baker it's a fast food shop. There are lots of exceptional independent ones close by to have something enjoyable that is produced on site

Put hot chilli's in my sausage roll am not having it. Pretty nice texture and heat in my 2nd sausage roll though. Sort it out on the 1st one

I will always recommend Greggs over any coffee shop any day they are convenient service with a smile every time and I enjoy get my morning coffee and breakfast there and the price is good and if you have the app it gets even better

Decent Gregg's with decent staff. Since moving to the area I've used this place several times without fault and staff are always willing to go the extra mile ?
