We have found Clare Reeves at Fine and Country, Stratford Upon Avon, to be extremely helpful, supportive and professional throughout the marketing process. This will be our sixth move and Clare is far and away the best Estate Agent we have ever worked with. She is extremely honest about how difficult the market is in this challenging and changing landscape, but she will work tirelessly to get the job done. Her communication is excellent and she is extremely dedicated. Fine and Country's fees may be a little more than some other agents but they are definitely worth every penny. It is a very professional organisation from beginning to end. The photographer spent a full morning here when we first put the house on the market, but the resulting brochure was excellent. The house we are purchasing was also marketed by Fine and Country and Vanessa Bradford from the Droitwich branch has also been very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Clare and to everyone at Fine and Country who has helped us to reach our goal. We would unreservedly recommend using this Estate Agency and asking for Clare in particular if you are moving from Stratford or the nearby area.
