We came to visit you in February and we had the vegan risotto and my partner had the vegan burger witch both were really good she said that was the best vegan burger has had .
We came back end of march it had been taken off the menu just one vegan choice not happy.

Went for a meal as a family, we were running late due to weekend traffic so we rang ahead of time to check this was ok. On arrival, we spoke to the lady that was front of house; she remembered we had called, she reminded us what time they needed the table back; however, she was not welcoming or even smile at all. We had around 100 minutes left so this was fine. The food was ok, it stated bottomless gravy for our meals on the menu but they came with little gravy on the food and no gravy pot for the table. The only good part was our server (think his name is Joe B) who was attentive and polite. We asked another server for some gravy and nothing happened until Joe returned. Overall, it was ok but we will not be going back.

I had Sunday lunch here with my sister yesterday, as part of our day trip. The service was top notch, we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. We wasn?t waiting long for anything. I am normally a bit fussy when it comes to ordering Beef, I had the Beef dinner it came as I requested and I ended up finishing it which is not always usual for me..!
The place itself is lovely, a building with charm looking over the river.

Poor quality food. Rude staff. Food missing items when questioned waitress looked at the burger missing salad and question it. Then walked off. No communication . Then returned with another 10 minutes later. Still no apology. No explanation and still missing tomato. Only knew they were out of stock of salad because they talked about us half a meter way behind our table. Pretty bad service and rude

We really enjoyed our evening at your restaurant.
Our server was incredible, her name was Sam. It's really lovely to see a waitress take our order by memory rather than using a pen and paper or electronics. She was friendly and attentive.
The food was delicious and well presented.
