Saw where it was on Google while I was in Stratford upon Avon and as I have a house to sell with no chain, I decided to visit. Walked out of the town centre to 9 Dale Road where I found a modern residential property in the middle of an established housing estate. Confused, I phoned up only to be told this was an outlying office that was being set up. The woman I spoke with said she was in Coventry branch and asked me to give details of the property for sale over the phone. As they'd bigged up there presence in Stratford and the promise of a local office was clearly not there, I've taken my business elsewhere.
