Travelling home and asked for it to be delivered at 9pm, they turned up at 8:40 and when we said we didn?t want cold pizza (door cam) he said they wld come back. Did not turn up and was rude when we called back hanging up on us twice?vile man

Ordered for delivery and chose a specific delivery time as was on the way back home. Driver turned up 15 minutes earlier and I asked to return the pizza to the shop via Ring camera as it was too cold to leave it outside. Rang the shop to confirm that pizza was sent back - a woman on the phone did not listen and just kept telling me that my pizza on the way. She then spoke loudly to someone else in the shop in foreign language. A man picked up the phone and mumbled something, stupidly me thinking that the pizza will be re-delivered. 45 minutes later - nothing. Rang the shop and was rudely told that I was refunded. Incredibly rude staff!! Why have an option for specific delivery slot if you turn up whenever?

Incredibly poor experience from the delivery drivers. The order took well over an hour to be dispatched and was then cancelled because the ?road was closed?. The order was placed at a hotel where the entry is clear and visible. I would have happily met the delivery driver near the entrance however they cancelled the order instead without any notification whatsoever. I had no communication from them and had to ring up to find out what was going on. Incredibly unhelpful on the phone as well, go to another chain or restaurant completely

Awful experience. Paid for delivery, order never arrived and was taken back to the store as the driver said the road was closed. There was ZERO communication and we had to call the store to get an update. Even if the road was closed, with some communication we would have agreed to meet at another point. The store then said we should come and collect the order ourselves when we had paid for delivery???? Do not buy from here

Worse pizza ever ..cheese and tomato..let?s just say it?s a no cheese pizza ?I?ve given this store the benefit of the doubt but NEVER again ?it?s the worst dominos store I?ve ever experienced and sadly it?s not the first time but I?ve persevered but I?m now throwing the towel in ?don?t waste your money !

Horrendous experience with this place tonight. Ordered pizzas which arrived half cooked. Phoned the restaurant to say that and was told this was not the case and all Pizzas go out with nothing wrong with them. So asked if they could come and pick them up and that we wouldn?t be eating them but told that they don?t pick up pizzas. I asked if I could speak to the manager and told that the manager was on holiday. The man on the phone could not have been more rude. Absolutely appalling customer service. Told I would have a refund but I think that?s highly unlikely and I do not think this is the type of person that Domino?s needs to represent their brand.

The person in charge has a disturbing and distunging attitude, will not be going back. Jobs worth. People pay hard earned money to pay for services.. smile with services is free but not this place..
