Cafe very dirty, seats filthy, very limited choice of cakes and the ones they had looked like they had been there a long time. Long wait for a sandwichDogs everywhere barking at each other - even in the Waitrose section where there is a sign saying assistant dogs onlyWould definitely not visit again

Popped it to get some bits from the butcher and Beverley on the till was amazing. So welcoming and friendly. Good salesperson as-well signed me up for the dobbies card and explained all the benefits in full and even some hidden benefits. She?s a credit to the place and thought she deserved the recognition.I should add that each time I?ve been here all the staff have been brilliant. Always a lovely place to come with my family.

Stopped in for some lunch as we drove through. Service was very very slow, tables were filthy, sat watching the team member clearing away the pots from the tables, she didn?t wipe a single table.My toasted sandwich was ok, my wife?s wasn?t hot though with cold tuna mayo. Salad was drowning in dressing and the coleslaw looked like the cat threw it up.Overall very expensive and not worth returning for, I will drive on past in future

Nit great, shelves half empty and the lady serving us on the till was quite rude. Using her mobile phone before our transaction was complete. I had to ask if it had gone through if we could leave.

Afternoon tea at Stratford Upon Avon was a wonderful treat. Fresh, tasty sandwiches and patisserie style treats. Perfect! We will definitely be going back. Thank you to all the friendly, helpful staff. ?

A little disappointed with the cafe and soft play area. The food and drink is over priced. £3 for a ginger beer is a bit much. The teacake we had was stale or had been heated a few times.The soft play area is clean but welll warn in places. It say for ages 0-8 but I would say for up to age 3 would be better suited. Only one route around so children get board quickly.

A good place to have a wander and look at the variety of goods and plants on offer.Picking up food from Waitrose or the butchers. There is a cafe on site also.
