Staff is really rude. I bought dryer try to use make too hot plug I try to sort it out for the that guys customer service very rude. Avoid this place better order aroges or amazon. Staff rude not gud quality. Wait longer then half an hour to some help us this place need to suit down scam I should not give them even 1star rubbish

Very disappointed. I have ordered a speaker on 24th and waited two weeks for its delivery. Again called them then they said they had some issues with delivery and re booked on 4th October. When I called today to their customer care they are saying that they could not reach the store for my queries . Very bad experience with Currys

Very incompetent employees, no customer service, no information can be obtained, and the scooter was returned to the complaint, I do not recommend, Manager knows nothing about anything, I do not recommend

It was hard work trying to spend money on an oven here. The salesperson was not helpful, tried to put us off buying the oven we wanted, telling us it could be a month before we got it delivered... it's coming within 5 days of ordering it! Ridiculous experience. I can only think we were hurting their commission by buying something out of stock.

On the 3 occasions I?ve been in to this store (twice to complain about my original purchase), there have been long queues at the Customer Service desk and no customers. Customers complaining, angry and dissatisfied. The management would not take responsibility, the chat line put me on to the telephone number to call, they told me to call the software company and upon attempting to email, I received a reply telling me it was the wrong email address and that there was NOT an address for retail available- in bold and underlined!! Yes, incredible. They clearly don?t give a rat?s, I?m taking it further and would give 0 stars if possible. I HAD to post a review when I noticed the amount of stars?Never!

Any 5 star reviews on here are not real. More than one member of staff on shop floor but too busy talking to each other to help. Items not labelled correctly so try to charge you incorrectly when you eventually get served. Go to Argos.

I don't often feel the need to do this but I've just left there. I waited 20 mins to be served. I had the item I wanted in hand but no one came to the till to serve me. At one point a lad went behind the counter to do something else and muttered something incomprehensible to me that sounded a bit like "someone will be with you shortly" but I'm not 100% sure that's what he said. After 20 mins I left it on the counter and drove over to Argos to get the same item for the same price. I was out of there within 5 minutes with the product in hand.

I went into the store to day worried because my daughter's phone had broken and she was away at university. Finley helped me sort it out and get her a phone for next day delivery. What an absolute gem! I was so out of my depth and he talked me through it all. A real credit to the customer care at Currys Stratford upon Avon. Thanks Finley!
