“few days ago i visited the store whilst on a day trip to stratford, i met two lovely girls (grace + ellen) who were extremely friendly as soon as i walked in, i’ve heard lush stores have very friendly and helpful staff but people walking up to me and asking me things usually gives me anxiety but i didn’t have that feeling with these girls, they were so comforting and helpful. they both took the time to listen to what i had to say about my own skin + preferences then suggested products and thoroughly explained them to help find what would benefit me. i left with ultrabland facial cleanser (which has worked for me amazingly, first time using a cleanser like this and it’s been absolutely gorgeous), beauty sleep face and body mask (which has left my skin feeling gorgeous and smelt like heaven), grease lighting spot treatment (which helped with my breakout literally overnight, never used any spot treatment that has worked this quickly and not dried out my skin) and plaque sabbath toothpaste jelly (absolutely loving that too, not used to a jelly toothpaste but i’m enjoying it alot!) - so not only did i leave with amazing products but a smile on my face too, grace and ellen made my day by taking the time to listen to what my skin needed. amazing first time at lush and i hope to visit this store again. hope you guys see this! thank you so much for being your lovely selves much love and best wishes to you both”
