9 times out of 10 I feel like I?m a hindrance, and the staff don?t want me spending my money there. I feel like one particular lady isn?t happy to serve me, and giving me a bag is an issue.

It's 25th September and my partner has been into this co-op yesterday and today and has had the same bad experience due to one woman. My partner didn't get her name but I knew straight away who it was as I've been served by the same person and had the same experience. It's the big lady with the grey hair and doesn't look like her hygiene is the greatest but that's besides the point. Every time we get served by her it's feels like we're a inconvenience to her, as if the customers don't contribute to her wages. Her attitude has been like this for as far as I can remember and it needs to change. It's a shame as I know the other staff there are great especially the older chap that is usually on till always gives great and speedy service.

Don't use this place for deliveroo. 3 times now we have ordered and the order has been incomplete. At least sainsbury's morrisons etc have the decency to tell you that they can't fulfil the order. Despicable
