I like to Visit CEX Stores Across the country and today i visited the Stratford-upon-Avon Store! It is a nice building from the outside Painted Black Which is very unusual to see I know Select Ones Do Carry This Design Though. It is Quite Big Inside Plenty Of Nice Items I found... They also sell Posters Which is another thing you don't see in every Store Across The Country Friendly Staff Clean Location Straight Forward to find things would highly recommend a visit and I will myself visit again in the future:)

Lovely lady with the green hair was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful & my husband was happy too as she helped him with his purchase of Xbox one & some games. Top sales lady ?? thank you very much.

Spent 20 minutes queing as the only till open was doing a console trade-in/purchase. Then two more tills opened and a couple took one each...for more trade-ins. Lots of people waiting to buy things. Shame they didn't reserve one till for purchases only, like they do in other branches. I gave it another 5 before I had to give up waiting as I had other commitments. Lots of people were complaining about how slow the service was, and a few people didn't even bother joining the queue and just left without looking.

Sold a selection of old tech to CEX stratford upon avon this week. The staff were brilliant and helpful. There were a few procedures to go through but nothing arduous.Would highly recommend this store as a way to recycle and raise some cash from pre used gadgets.Thanks to the team.

Very spacious and clean store, just like most CeX, lots of bargains (movies, box sets, phones, watches, laptops, games, game consoles, headphones, posters, etc.) and you will get something amazing with little price if you take time.Staff are friendly, happy with everything.

I came here every single day after college and the staff at the time were always a joy to speak too. I would also always purchase a game or too every now and then. Even if I didn?t, it was always a joy to browse through all of the games and films multiple times. I still go occasionally today but not as often as time is not always available. But everytime I stop by Stratford, I always make time to pop in

Bought games form their store today the disc didn?t work as they were scraped and they wouldn?t recognise them I destroyed the game in a rage as I was very disappointed not happy

My review is mainly for CEX website. I?ve ordered several products including Apple AirPods Max and all have been in excellent condition and well priced. The 2 year warranty is better than you get with most products when you buy new. Highly recommended.

This store is big, clean and is well stocked. More 4k dvds would be nice but the staff are friendly, helpful and polite.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab online using CEX search function, located one locally, used click and collect , paid a very reasonable price online, and walked into the Stratford upon avon store and picked it up the next morning ....faultless

offered to reserve a PC to collect the next day.
went and paid for the accompanying parts to go with it. GPU, monitor etc.
next day go to collect the PC and they've sold it.

Proper amateur hour stuff. just don't say you can reserve it if you aren't able to. I'd probably have just bought it on the spot if I'd know it was urgent, but I didn't really want to carry it home that day.

Friendly staff.Although, they wouldn't test the graphics card I took in as they said they cannot do it there. They said they could ship it to Evesham which wasn't really ideal.

Have so many problems with their games I've stopped using this shop.Edit: Went back in yesterday after a while of hardly going near them and found them more expensive than eBay and Amazon, definitely won't go near them again in future
