Staff are friendly and considering the waterside location, prices are reasonable. You can sit outside in the summer.

Great lunch today. Staff really attentive and keen for us to have a good experience.
Grandson aged 4 loved his lunch and the offers on the main courses made eating very reasona ble.

Food unremarkable . Service mediocre, didn?t feel very welcomed due to only two staff serving. Found the male waiter to be very abrupt and blunt. Weren?t offered desserts or coffee after the main meal. May just have been the day we visited, but what a complete let down!

Would be 4 stars. The website stated ?dog friendly? and despite me confirming via the booking tool I was bringing the dog I was still refused entry and had to sit outside.

We were looking somewhere to eat and came across this restaurant.
When we entered we stood waiting . Eventually a member of staff came up just as we were about to leave.
We were then passed over to Caris as our waitress. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable . Great to talk to.
Our experience was very much down to how Caris treated us. The food was good and great value .
While i was eating i saw an older lady who had difficulty walking try to go back to her table. Caris spotted this lady and was straight over to help her back to her seat. I think this shows what a kind decent person Caris is. Certainly a very valuable member of staff and some who you would not want to leave.

It was all perfectly nice. The food is fine, but perhaps what you'd expect for the price. The service was excellent, and the waitress (sorry, don't know her name) should be commended.

Had 2 lovely meals here on our recent trip to Stratford upon Avon. Nicely situated across from the canel basin. Food was excellent, I've never had a bad meal in any of their Restaurants.
Our waitress Olivia was a super bright and cheerful young lady, she was a pleasure to chat to and all the waitresses were very nice.
Great offer of 50% off mains on the second night which was a nice treat.
Will go again when we return .

I had a wonderful dinner today at Carluccio?s. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the risotto de Mare and Piccante pizza was amazing, I would definitely come back again!

We walked in at about 7.30 pm on a Tuesday evening looking for a quiet glass of wine and a light meal.
The staff member behind the bar pulled an annoyed face at us and then called to the other staff member.
She was lovely and helpful but said the kitchen had to close at 8.00 pm.
We ordered some breads, olives and a kid's meal. The bruschetta came with the tomato cut in huge pieces when it was supposed to be diced. They couldn't be bothered to do it properly.
But the guy on the bar pulling a rude face at us when we asked to be seated really took the biscuit. How appalling!
This used to be one of my favourite restaurants in Stratford upon Avon.
I doubt I will be going there again.

The outside seating area was awash with paper serviettes and other detritus which was not conducive to a happy dining experience. Service was cheery but slow. The pasta well cooked and the sauce appropriately spicy, however, the broccoli was, at best, lukewarm though tasty. Overall a rather discouraging and dispiriting experience.
