Extremely expensive (50 pounds! for cleaning the inner part of the car only), especially when there are other similar places which do the same job at 15 pounds.

AVOID Morrison?s car wash. I put my car in to them a couple of weeks ago for the platinum service and their harsh chemicals caused damage to the console trim inside my car. I immediately pointed this out to them and asked it be reported to their manager. He arrived and the attitude was appalling. Refused to engage, refused any information for making a damage report and essentially was told I could do what I wanted but the damage wasn?t down to them. They are fobbing me off and ignoring me.\\nSTEER CLEAR of these cowboys!!!

We put our car in for a valet for £50, when we came to collect it, whilst the car had been cleaned and it was an OK job, the Silver trim around the console was damaged, and the touch screen for the nav and media system, would not work. We pointed this out, and the operative stated it wasn't anything to do with the company or him, asked to see a manager. When I returned to speak with him, he point blank refused to accept any liability, stated I could put a complaint in but he would not be investigating it at all. He was aggressive and adamant he would not be looking at the complaint in any way.Thankfully the touch screen is now working again having dried out ( to much cleaning fluid used).Currently waiting for the area manager to get in touch.Do not use this facility as they will not look after your car and fob you off if they do.
