I would have put zero stars but it would not let me. I had an awful experience at Boots this afternoon. My friend and I were accused of stealing a tester by a middle aged blonde female employee, and without any proof, the security guard chased us outside into TKmax, shouting at us in front of everyone and completely humiliating us. He searched us on the street, only to find that we hadn?t taken anything. Even after realizing his mistake, he forced us to go back into the store where the employee who had accused us didn?t even bother to speak to us. This level of treatment is unacceptable without any proper evidence. They should have checked their testers first to see if anything was actually missing before publicly embarrassing customers. I do not recommend this Boots, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I?ll be sure to let people know about this.

Well stocked store, I can always find anything I need! Wanted to say thank you to Gay a very kind store assistant who was friendly and helpful with me even while she was very busy at the tills. She added all my extra club card points manually, that should have been added while paying but for some reason they didn?t.
It?s so nice when you are greeted with a smile, Thank you!

Was in store a few days ago, and my partner asked a member of staff if we could borrow a pair of scissored to cut an annoying tag out of her t shirt! A lady called Tracy at the checkout was very helpful and found us a pair of scissors from the pharmacy and let us use the consultation room to take off the t shirt and cut the tag out of the back. Tracy was very friendly, funny and helpful, and was happy to make sure my partner found some scissors to ensure her experience in boots was as comfortable as possible! Thank you to Tracy, the lady from the pharmacy and the First Lady we spoke to ? great customer survive from Stratford boots!!

Booked a travel appointment. Had a reminder email of my appointment every day. Arrived to be told it had been cancelled as person doing appointment not working this week! No help offered or alternative suggestions. I called Boots Banbury. Very helpful. Won't use them again. Should of followed my hunches after reading other bad reviews of Boots on Maybird Stratford

Inconsiderate staff working on the pharmacy counter. Was completely ignored for ages while I tried to buy some items from the pharmacy counter, then she complained to me that she was too busy doing prescriptions to serve me.

We visited Boots, Maybird Centre Stratford upon Avon on 16th Dec at 0937. We were served by ?Sally? who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable, in all aspects of our requirements. Such a stark contrast, to a previous shopping experience at Boots, Worcester Rd Evesham.

Great selection of gifts, toiletries,hair and beauty products, perfumes, pharmaceutical products and many more treats, affordable with plenty of offers..3 for 2 etc..Us you can use your points to treat yourself to a gift or several..All staff very accommodating and polite.
