they have everything you need with every brand BUT? the self checkouts are definitely not enough? the speaker there really set me under pressure and didn?t help me at all.. you don?t see something weird like that in germany AT ALL. in germany you can easily check out at these stations by yourself without getting annoyed by these weird ass speaking voice that?s telling you what to do. there was a queue behind me because its just not enough so please change that and be more like germany. bye

Had to pick up a subscription for someone eles, who has an American address, I'm never sick and never picked up a subscription before, the lady at the counter was very helpful and even got another member of staff to help me find other medication, thank you !!!

I always find this store to be excellent however I received absolutely first class service at the Pharmacy today. The Pharmacist and the assistant were so incredibly helpful and very patient with me when I needed help getting painkillers. I can't thank them enough.

Really disappointing from the pharmacy staff.. Standing in boots, pharmacy with my sick partner at 4:59 about to buy medication. Took it to the counter to be told they close at 5 and wouldn?t serve me. No warning of imminent closure to their customers who are in the shop, just an outright, we?re now closed and turn off the lights. Not very nice to your customers boots who need medication. I appreciate you have a closing time but would expect some warning of closure from your staff, particularly in a pharmacy.

Really liked this Shop. Looks so bright and clean.The Staff are really professional. I met Sarah who works on the N07 section She was so helpful and really took the time to listen to me. She gave me great advice. Outstanding Customer Service from her!!!

Please fix the air con for customers and your poor staff. It?s been over a year. Wearing masks with no air con was awful. The placement air con units blow out hot air. It?s awful
