Reasonable good breakfast, bad service. Service marked bad due to: no menus were provided however we seated and waited for 15 minutes, so we used phone and web site menu to choose from; ordering - few times asked waiters if we can order; first order delivered had one sandwich wrong, so while they redo one sandwich we fully finished the first one by sharing that. Recommend French melt sandwich with fried egg on top with a nice ham and cheese.

Order was for 4 identical meals. First two arrived, and second two 15 minutes later as two of the four were dropped on the floor by the chef.
The other two sausage sandwich meals eventually arrived. Supposed to be identical but as can be seen by the two photos looked very different. Not a great experience all round.

Lovely little cafe, friendly welcome and helped us squeeze in with a pushchair. Very tasty full English breakfast and good coffee. The waitress was very kind and also helped out with spare plates for the kids without needing to be asked. Thank you!

We visited on Saturday afternoon as we had 2 vouchers for afternoon tea. We had a lovely seat in the window. We had to choose a sandwich filling each which we thought was odd as normally afternoon tea comes with a selection. My tuna and cucumber looked like it had been dumped on the sandwich and the side salad an after thought!! The scones were very tasty, but the sponge cake and chocolate brownie were just a mouthful each. On leaving we said thankyou,but the staff were too busy talking to each other so didn?t acknowledge us.unfortunately left slightly disappointed.

We got the lunch deals. A fish and chips and a beef burger. Both are delicious. Perfect for lunch. The place is full when we got there. The atmosphere was great. The service was fantastic. Three ladies served us. They are very nice to the customers. One would feel welcomed at this establishment. If given the chance i will dine here again.

Love coming here for a gluten-free scone and pot of tea. Always delightful! I usually have one and then take one with me.

A lovely little cafe with friendly staff, but the food is dire and exorbitantly expensive. Everywhere is expensive now, but this place is beyond ridiculous in its prices. £15 bought a stale, microwaved, tiny scone and a bacon sandwich with only one thin rasher in it.

Went in for lunch saw the Cumberland sausage sandwich and half a pint. Asked for spitfire and got san Miguel despite querying it. Sausage was not Cumberland but Richmond sausage at best (generic bland sausage) and the bread had been kept on the hot plate as had a fried taste to it. Was super quick from ordering so hints as already made or previously ordered and kept warm. Meh at best

I came yesterday to have a cup of coffee after a long day exploring the lovely SAV.
- The coffee and the cake were ABSOLUTELY perfect!
- The staff were friendly.
- The atmosphere was cosy and nice.
- Reasonable prices!
