I first used Belvoir SuA in October 2017 and as it was my first time renting in Australia they were friendly and helpful, including showing me a few properties in the area to see what I would like. I would recommend anyone coming to SuA to speak to Jo at Belvoir first!

We bought our new home through belvoir. They were quick to respond to our viewing requests and were keen to gain feedback from our viewings. We were fully supported and advised well through the negotiation process of placing an offer. Belvoirs communication was excellent with us when we unexpectedly become up against another estate agent and fought for us to get the house. Their communication through the sale was great and got everything in place that we requested before completion. Thanks Belvoir, we love our new home.

We had Sian as our point of contact from day one when she valued our property, all the way until we completed. Because of the difficulty in finding somewhere to buy the process took almost two years, however Sian was very understanding and patient throughout and looked after our buyers the whole time. Our experience was excellent and would gladly recommend Belvoir and would look to use them again in the future if we ever decide to move again.

We had a smooth relocation experience thanks to Jo and her colleagues at Belvoir, I couldn't believe it when I suddenly saw this beautiful house after a long search, called the agent and the process was quick just like that. Belvoir recently acted as agent for the sale of our propert in Stratford-upon-Avon. I cannot overstate how good a service we received from them. In particular Sian Jones, our main point of contact, was a fantastic help in managing everything on our behalf, making sure communication was maintained and undertaking additional responsibilities on a number of occasions. Our sale completed recently and it was a good experience, not least because of Sian and Belvoir

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They were very understanding and went above and beyond the call of duty when we forgot to fill out little details. Jo is the best. Would highly recommend them to everyone as they are just simply the best, honest and most amazing company I know of.

Absolutely fantastic team of people.Communication is great and nothing is too much for themI bought my first property with belvoir and had a really difficult time with my solicitors at first. After many months things weren?t going anywhere so I instructed a new team. Belvoir did amazing work ensuring the seller that I was still keen to purchase the property and together we then got the sale pushed through really fast.Still helping me out now that I?ve moved into my property I can?t thank them enough for everything they have done.Outstanding !!!

I sold my house during a very difficult time due to the covid restrictions, and regardless of this Sian went the extra mile to move things forward and to keep me fully informed. I have had a long relationship with Belvoir over the years, and have always found them to be highly professional and proactive. I've used Belvoir to manage my buy-to-let property in Stratford for many years and have stayed with them because they are helpful, efficient and professional. I'm posting this review because I recently had to ask the team for some help in resolving a difficult and urgent problem with my property. Despite it only being a couple of days before Christmas, Jo and Martyn were marvellous in finding a solution and then put themselves out to implement it very quickly. Belvoir have a great team and I'd thoroughly recommend them
