I opened a savers account for my new born son and Dawn was whom I had the appointment with, she was very helpful and informative. I regularly use this bank and I find the team very helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Sandra and Jake regularly serve me and helped me choose the best type of account to open for my son.

On 2 subsequent occasions recently I have experienced extremely helpful personal assistance in the Barclays Bank Stratford Upon Avon Branch. The staff went out of their way to explaining help me resolve some issues. I could not recommend them more highly. I was very fortunate to be assisted by Simit.

I visited my local branch today at Stratford upon avon and was assisted by Smita who helped me back into my mobile banking! Such a helpful lady, with all the bank closures it would leave no where for people needing assistance to go! Such a shame to lose such a valuable service! Thank you Smita

I visited Barclays Bank in Stratford upon Avon today to sort out some matters for/with my elderly father. Unfortunately, these matters could not be satisfactorily resolved over the telephone due to the language barriers and my father's difficulty in dealing with conversations over the telephone, hence our making an appointment to speak to someone in person. All I have to say is that the bank advisor, Dawn, was amazing. She dealt with all our issues/problems (and there were several) in a professional, sympathetic, understanding and friendly manner, and put my father at ease. I believe that this is because it was dealt with in person and not over the telephone. All I can say to Barclays is, please do not shut any more branches - Evesham has disappeared and whilst there are hubs dotted around the various towns they are only available on certain days. Telephone banking/advice via chats is not suitable for everyone, especially the elderly who tend to fret if not dealt with straightaway. People like Dawn (and her wonderful attitude !!) are still very much necessary, otherwise you just become another online bank

Hello, I went into the Stratford Upon Avon branch today feeling really frustrated, I had two days before purchased a new mobile phone, my old phone had the Barclays app on it and I thought, in my ignorance, that I could just transfer it to my new phone.
Well, through no fault of Barclays or the app, just me not being technically savvy, I got into a right mess with it, hence my frustration.
As soon as I entered the bank I was greeted with lovely smiles from the two ladies in reception, I told Sandra my tale of woe, she suddenly took on the aura of an angel! sat me down, went through the process of getting the ap on my phone, smiling all of the time, explaining what she was doing, well, I was elated, I fairly skipped out of the branch, meeting the lovely branch manageress on the way out, I just had to go and have a cup of tea to celebrate!
So sorry, if you do not bank with Barclays in Stratford Upon Avon you will never have the pleasure of meeting these two lovely ladies at their workplace.

I had to visit the bank due to an elderly aunt who?s card hard been randomly blocked. Dawn helped her get her card up and running. It was a tricky request as my aunt is 100 years old and didn?t have any form of up-to-date identification due to her age. Dawn did everything she could to make us feel at ease. Dawn had a lovely calm personality showing empathy. Thank you Dawn!

I visited Barclays for an appointment. I was 20 minutes early as traffic and parking was much easier than anticipated - luckily Dawn was free so I was seen to immediately. She was very welcoming and talked me through what was needed during the appointment. Dawn explained everything as we went through the process, ensuring I understood. It was easy and felt relaxing as Dawn was so personable. Thank you very much for your help! I was out before my original appointment time even began!
