I rarely write reviews, however I must praise my local B&Q Stratford Upon Avon. The staff are so helpful, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Following my wife's passing a few years ago I have had to learn about gardening ! The advice and guidance that Tricia has given me has been immeasurable. My garden is now blooming ! When we have some sunshine this weekend I will take a couple of pics to show Tricia when I next pop in. I've bought many other items in B&Q and have highly reccomended your store to my builder good friends who have done likewise. Many thanks indeed. See you all soon.

Nothing but disappointment, never have everything you need, they stock multifinish, drywall adhesive, why not to store hardwall too, every time I come there for something I need to go elsewhere to get rest of the stuff, you have stuff on your website why not to stock it in every shop, they constantly send me to B&Q in Redditch, is there better store manager in Redditch? Manager in Stratford can?t look after the store properly? Honestly you wasting your clients time, the most valuable thing they have.

Amazing service at B&Q I went in on Saturday they couldn?t do enough to help me, I was struggling with the trolley as it had a mind of its own & the chap offered to wheel it to the till for me, then the staff on the till was really friendly and offered to take my purchase to the car!!! What a fantastic customer service experience 11 out of 10!!!! Well done to everyone who was so kind and happy to help! ?

It is a great shop with good stock levels and I always find what I need. Only downside is that there are no actual tills and is all self service. Unfortunately Tyler from the Stratford upon Avon branch was incredibly miserable and has no idea what customer service is. It?s a great shop just a shame about the lack of customer service

Staff at this store reinstated our faith in the sanctity of customer service and - as a result of being genuinely helpful - made us want to buy from here instead of Amazon / elsewhere. Shoutout to Reese, Lewis (?) and another gent who was new (sorry, can?t recall the name). It was refreshing to see even a new member of staff try to solve our queries and escalate on their own when they didn?t know, without us having to ask. The customer service made up for the long queue to get in and out of the shopping centre, too. Thanks very much indeed.

There is a man working here named Richard, very rude, knows nothing about customer service, and I will not spend another penny, or £5000 at B&Q while this man works there.
Terrible experience, and there are plenty of other stores to buy DIY items without the hassle.
