Today I went to ask for an emergency prescription .The Pharmacist went out of his way to contact 111 to arrange for a GP to provide the required prescription . 2 hours later I received a call informing me my tablets were ready to collectAbsolutely first class service as always,despite the obvious huge workload they are expected to deal with.Thank you very muchGraham and Sally Ulyatt

Fix your prescription systemYour staff needs more training and need to proactively resolve your own system issues.Today I went to collect a prescription and was told that the doctor didn't send it. I went to Trinity Surgery to the prescriptions area and straightway they found it in the system. I was given a code through a text message to show at the Pharmacy. When I got there I had to queue again and noticed that they only have a working bar code scanner so they keep jumping on to the same computer disrupting patients that are on queue. None of the Pharmacists knew how to enter the code I was given onto the system which just shows either they need training or the system needs to be renewed. Since they couldn't enter the code they asked me for my surname that was on the text message along with the code which to me it shows your staff isn't interested/alert on their jobs. They couldn't find it and wanted me to go back to Trinity Surgery which I refused since I feel that your teams needs to be more proactive! Sort your systems out. It's really frustrating especially when you got small children with you

Lovely people and good service- but why have they decided to close in the middle of the day every Saturday? Doesn?t really make sense to me.

Didn?t have an experience as I was not acknowledged at the counter for 5-10 minutes despite lots of staff working away. Even just a ?be with you shortly? would have been nice. Just seemed a bit rude so I went to the nearby Morrisons pharmacy and was treated very well.

Excellent service. Martin went out of his way to call me back about a prescription for my wife which I could not obtain from much larger pharmacies???.On arrival at the Avon Pharmacy, which was late on Saturday afternoon, I was greeted by very friendly staff and my wife?s prescription dispensed in a very professional manner.Well done Martin and the team?????.I?m sure the residents of Stratford upon Avon truly appreciate your excellent service.

Avoid. The staff I dealt with came across as entitled and rude, unprofessional who overly shared their personal opinions and grievances rather than professional ones. On arrival I was told that I ?should have called? despite having called a total of 5 times throughout the day to receive no answer. I had no choice but to use this pharmacy today and did so reluctantly - I?ve had similar experiences to other reviews below. I really hope that this is addressed because behaviour like this in 2022 really isn?t acceptable in any workplace or when dealing with the public.

I used this pharmacy for the first time today. My prescription was on paper, as my midwife had sent it to me, after doing some routine checks.When I handed in the prescription, I was asked my age, then asked if I pay.(I currently do not have to pay, due to being unfit to work due to my heart problem and disability.)I replied "No, I'm currently on Universal Credit."As the lady went around to the back, another woman that she was working with said "I wander what it is like to just live off of Universal Credit"As I overheard this, I said loudly enough for her to hear "It's not very nice actually"She then proceeded to say "It must be nice to sit around doing nothing"Again, I replied "I'm unable to work at the moment"When I was handed my prescription, I missed the instructions she gave me for taking the medication, as I was so angry at how rude the staff had been.I informed the lady that her staff were very rude and that actually although I am only 24 years old, I did actually work for the last 10 years until I became unwell.This topic makes me very upset anyway, as I loved working and I constantly get judged for not being able to work. I used to work 60 hours a week before I got this unwell, I haven't "just sat around doing nothing" my whole life.Also, if in my past job, I had treated anyone the way she spoke about me (loudly), I would have been shown the door pretty quickly.

Berated my partner for not wearing a mask in the building even though: a) it's no longer a requirement in England, and b) he's asthmatic so often doesn't wear one.Told him he "had" to wear a mask, which is a lie. Told him otherwise he "had" to carry round his exemption card if he doesn't wear a mask. Actually he doesn't HAVE to do anything! awful customer service.
