One of the chefs seen to use his mobile phone in the kitchen area between serving food on 4 occasions, in the short time we ate our pizza, and then proceeded to prepare food/add garnishes/cheese without washing their hands.

We have been to Ask in many locations but this was the best we?ve been to. The service was really good, but the food was excellent. The best Ask meal we?ve ever had. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful food and service, however had an incident yesterday where I booked a table for 9 but was gently encouraged to turn away as the kitchen was closing and they hadn't seen the booking. This shouldn't happen, please modify the website or be more vigilant on bookings

It was a quiet day but the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food was very good and we will return. Had a slight problem with a voucher (3rd party issue NOT the restraunt) the manageress was very helpful and polite and resolved the issue. The star off for atmosphere was due to us being the only table in- not their fault.

Gracie our wait staff was really nice and very prompt. She went out of her way to help us out. The food was great and very fresh and quick. Tony the manager was helpful and really friendly. Would visit again.
Vegetarian options: Lots to offer and can substitute if needed.

I came to ask Italian with high expectations.
Considering how much the dishes are I would expect decent quality, let me say it wasn?t a bad experience what so ever.
Service was good and the staff are friendly, the starts are really good.
The problem is the mains, unfortunately the mains were not great at all, and for £20 a dish I would expect a lot better, the pasta was dry and hard, the sausages in the pasta was basically plastic.
My girlfriend had the lasagne, not great what so ever.
I would like to add its bottled beer, which I just don?t personally like. If I knew it wasn?t draft which is my fault I didn?t take into consideration, would off been a lot better.
Honestly overall atmosphere and service was good. But the quality of mains was just so disappointing.

Excellent experience at Ask Stratford upon Avon. We?d actually booked Carluccio?s but have to realising they have one Vegan option on the menu, which is simply pasta in tomato sauce we left and went to find somewhere else to eat. The manager here was absolutely superb. He squeezed us in, He knew exactly what he was doing with allergies and we had a fantastic meal. Can?t speak highly enough we will definitely be back.
