We rarely write reviews however the fabulous employees at Argos Stratford Upon Avon are a credit to your business. Megan went the whole distance to rectify an issue with an order. It's now sorted \\u0026 we look forward to collecting in 2 days. During such a trying time for everyone at the moment it's certainly comforting that we can rely on Argus to deliver something we need. We visited this store on Saturday 13th March, The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite. The three young people who worked in the store were perfect in every way. Argos should be proud of them. Thank you all very much.

Love the new collection system, super fast, safe and staff are friendly. Hopefully Argos keep the same system when Covid is over.

Awful, Confirmed delivery time by email and a text for Friday between 9-11am. 2 kids beds and also a freezer.\\nSurprise, nothing came, so I called and after being on hold for 47 mins I got told nothing was in stock, took my money 2 weeks ago for items they could not deliver.\\nGirl on the phone was not bothered in the slightest, I had nothing for the kids to sleep on so went to Stratford Bed Centre, they delivered the very next day.\\nWill not buy from Argos again.

I?m giving this store 5 stars purely because of the customer service I received from Lotty. She was amazing!! She went above and beyond to sort an issue with a TV for me, ringing around other stores and to organise a delivery. It?s not the type of service you expect these days. Lotty is an asset to the store and I can?t thank her enough.

Rubbish service. Offer cover on products then say they no longer do the cover but still in catalogue I will be contacting trading standards

Bought an iron .rough joins on handle cut into hand. Not fit for purpose. Manager said ,as it has been used ( one blouse ) it could not be returned as it could not be re sold.
I wouldn't want this to be resold as it is sub standard.......SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR ON ARGOS BEHALF...please share this..
