I just use this place for the cash point now but if you make an appointment they'll be able to help with all your banking needs. They might even do offshore acvounts

Always clean and tidy, with very friendly and helpful staff.
Seldom have to queue too long as staff often stop what they are doing and open up extra teller windows when required.
The little side offices have always been tidy when I have needed them and specialist come from the bigger branches for meetings in Shipston which saves you having to travel to them.

I have banked with Lloyds all my life. So when we tried to set a new account for my baby daughter I chose to go to Lloyds. My wife set-off this morning for a 11.00 o'clock appointment, in the car with the baby. When she arrived 10 minuets late. she was told they did not have enough time to set-up the account. How unhelpful can you be! So she had to turn round and come home again. Well done Lloyds what great customer service!
