Shambolic self check out, where customers check in their items, but no-one is there to check they actually PAY. Lots of staff looking like they're busy, but none checking customers to make sure they have paid. On 2 occasions, my check out till was still awaiting payment from the previous customer and the staff thought the unfinished bill was mine, until I pointed out that personal female items were highly unlikely to be mine, being not only male, but 70 years of age. Consequently, I have decided to go to a manned till at the back and a manager was called to okay MY purchases and delete the female ones. Tedious and unnecessary stress. Grrrrrrr.

Absolute waste of time, the wife went in twice for her prescription and first time was told it would take 10 mins which is fine and the wife said she would go back later. She goes back later and they have done nothing with her prescription and ask her to wait for it, after waiting 10mins it turns out they didnt even have the stock.
