Two lovely ladies helped my elderly mum, and I watched them be very patient with another elderly gentleman. My mum kept talking about them on the way home on how friendly, chatty, and patient they were. So many banking branches are closing these days and going very digital, which is unaccessible or inconvenient for older people. I'm very grateful for their help and kindness.
