Easy to find products on website and order direct. I'm a first time buyer so got a £10 welcome bonus. Only issue I have though is with a large delivery charge to Scotland when it does say free delivery in the UK excluding Scotland!!

They arranged for me to collect on a day they were closed! When I complained, their response was to offer to deliver the items - if I paid for delivery! I cancelled the order. Terrible customer service!
