Always a great experience shopping here. The store is well laid out, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes finding what you need straightforward. Staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile if you?ve got questions or need advice. Plenty of parking on site, and the location in the retail park makes it convenient to get in and out quickly. A really reliable branch ? exactly what you want when tackling DIY or trade jobs.

My husband visited the Rugby store today, 24th March. He purchased 8 bags of topsoil. The topsoil was in a pile outside the store and he was told ?help yourself?. My husband will be 80 next month and was offered no help carrying the bags from the pile to the boot of his car. After loading it into the car he was very breathless (he has a bad heart). Disgusting service.

I hated this place as I was delivering goods at this place that was compost from evergreen as the trailer gets dirty and my next job was for groceries I went into trailer with broom to clean spilled compost and dirt they did stop me to not clean by the forklift driver I requested being polite then they call another forklift driver she was a female started shouting at me and told to get out instead of being polite or telling me about their site rules they started to abuse me as they say you can't onto their trailer bed but just before me the wickes driver who delivered before me was in the trailer i really got depressed as I have been discriminated by these guys no one sees the hardwork of drivers if these stores has customers are because of hgv drivers i really want to speak to someone at high position as I did ask for complaint email they even didn't gave me tell me if I was wrong . Even they don't wear hard hat as I was wearing while opening curtain and they want to teach health and safety

1 person on side till with que snaking down aisle , so close to saying sod it I will go to homebase.
9 months later
Came on Sunday but not enough staff on tills AGAIN so came on kindly and was told not to the till that was available but to to click and collect ( massive sign saying click and collect) till and pay there.
I went to that till with someone at it and that same guy who turned me away calls me over as next customer.
DONT use click and collect as till , it's just confusing, tills are at the exit that's what people expect , not to go to the side where it says click and collect , I don't go to click and collect at tesco to pay for my shopping.
