Staff ignore customers and the self check out machine is complicated and faulty.
With non-existent customer service no wonder the high street is in decline. This is an example of everything that has gone wrong. Avoid if you can.

This is located inside the entrance to Rugby rail station. Bought a coffee priced £3.75 which I think is vastly overpriced. Quality was well rubbish. Dont bother with this place. Asked for the coffee without the plastic single use lid but was told no and the server blamed china and USA. No.idea why. McDonald's now use a cardboard lid. Much better for our environment.

Each time I'm home, this is one of my favorite places to shop for a gift, card, or book of the local history. It is a cosy place with every square inch of space used to sell a product. The staff are always courteous and Rugby friendly.

Despite some national adverse press in recent times, the Rugby branch of the UK's longest established retailer is still a great place to buy magazines, books, stationery and more. Staff are friendly and helpful. But the self-service checkout is best avoided!
