I was not called for my 9.10 am appointment until 9.30 am, which was frustrating as it was early. The test was thorough and professional.I really struggled to find any glasses I liked as the range is very small so I did go elsewhere to purchase them.

I wouldn't really recommend going here. Unless you have a different opinion then do what right for you of course. But the last time I went to Vision Express they told me that I needed to wear glasses. There advice was to just have a healthy diet and stay healthy which I already have. 2/4 years latter my eyes are still in good health and have perfect vision nothing wrong. So I?m a bit sceptical about this service.

Waited a month to pick up glasses, after spending quite a bit, to pick them up and find out they only cleaned the old lenses the scratches were still there, still waiting for completion, they did the same with my sons, really disappointed as been a customer for years
