Such a well managed, friendly and helpful professional team. I have had material deliveries, hired tools and a digger over last few years of property renovation. Always on time, can't fault their service makes these jobs so much easier ? Cheers ?

Hubby was in today to buy a radiator, would have had delivered but need it for tomorrow. Chap who served him was very friendly and helpful (5*) sadly the man working in the yard/warehouse not so friendly. He got the radiator out and just left it for hubby to try and manage , was very heavy and as he struggled to get it in the car the staff member seemed to take delight in watching with a smirk on his face. I hope you enjoyed watching an older man struggle and you wouldn?t even offer to assist or get him a trolley ?

If I could rate it a zero I would. The customer service is adsolutely abismal. My poor dad went to collect a radiator from the store earlier today and the person working there watched and laughed as my dad struggled to take it to the car. Others working there but didn?t offer any help. I can?t believe how miserable the staff members are who work in this store and they should be ashamed of themselves, especially the horrible man my poor dad had to deal with.

Avoid!
Warranty claim dating back to 10/06/2022 and still not resolved!
Ordered a considerable amount of decking from TP and it was installed by my landscaper. However after a few weeks, certain boards started to fade to a different colour altogether. I contacted TP and they told me they would replace the decking. I have since spoken to 5 different people, most recently Will Fakes, who has promised me to replace the faulty decking but then ignored my emails.
So please reply to my emails as 17 months of waiting is a bit of joke.
Avoid and use Jewsons, much better service and only Up the road
