Stacey was amazing, we asked for an early check-in and she managed to find a room for our family, even though she was short on housekeeping staff. Exemplary example of what customer service should be. The reception smelt amazing and the room smelt like being on an aeroplane. My first stay at Travelodge and if service is like this, I absolutely will keep coming back, thank you to all the staff??

It?s a travelodge, it?s does what they say. Bed for the night rooms clean and tidy. Free car park attached to a McDonalds which can make it difficult to get a car parking spot. A little bit of noise with the road and boy racers in the car park. Probably wouldnt have heard them if the window was closed.

Absolute dump, musty smelling rooms nowhere to go , backs onto some woodland so flies moths wasps midges all in room needs netting up at the windows .
People use the back of the hotel for their dogs to do their business right under my window.
It's a company booking so have no way of changing it . Room feels damp the bedding, towels , been up for 2 nights now not being able to sleep. Avoid should get our money back this isn't good enough to be honest.

Usbc charging points by the bed didn't work had to use the one by the tv so phone was not next to me, breackfast is just a box with a few things in but there is a mcdonalds there on site.

For £25 for the night really can't complain - used the hotel as a pitstop on a trip. Right next to a McDonald's and a fuel station. Room is well sized for the price and evidently recently refurbished. Bed was more comfortable than I've come to expect from Travelodge, and all was clean. Receptionist was quick, efficient, and friendly.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Wash basin was very high up. No socket at side of bed, just a charging point which was very slow. The coffee provided was awful! Took some extra milk from reception (as there is never enough in the room) but the guy on reception wasn't very happy about it. Breakfast was expensive, and as it's situation in a McDonald's car park, we went there for breakfast.

The room was very clean and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly and gave you a big smile on arrival. Car parking is easy with disabled parking right outside the entrance. There is no lift but with only 2 floors and 40 rooms it?s not an issue. Based on a dual carriageway with a McDonalds and Tesco garage on site. One nice touch is the addition of 2 x USB charging points either side of the bed. One each of USB A and C

I cannot thank Stacey the manager at the Rugby Dunchurch Travelodge enough.
She greeted us with a big smile, hugs for our dog and was super helpful and caring.
The room was faultlessly clean and the whole hotel smelt wonderful.
The bedding and towels were super fresh and white. Ample free coffee, tea, sugar and milk. We stayed in a spacious family room with our dog and it was perfect.
It feels very safe there.
This was my first time staying in a travelodge and this was spotlessly clean, fresh and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. Stacey's team are wonderful at what they do, as Stacey leads by example. Happy staff, happy place to stay.

The location was perfect for us, as there was a Mcdonalds on site, and a wonderful garden centre 4 mins walk away where we had breakfast before we set off.
