We stayed here the night before Reggaeland as it?s only 20 mins on the train to Milton Keynes. The room was massive, clean and fresh sheets. Staff are really sweet and work so hard. It was £55 for the room plus breakfast for myself and my 2 girls. The breakfast is well worth the money and has great choices including gluten and dairy free. It?s replenished often and fresh, lovely full English and a variety of drinks, fruits and continental. The location is perfect facing the railway station and about a 15 min walk to the local shopping centre.

I commuted to NEC daily for five days. So much cheaper than the hotels at NEC! The train was only 23 minutes from Birmingham International. It is a shame that the reception desk is unmanned for part of the day, but the staff are very helpful. Sunny was very kind and understanding when the bathroom tap didn?t produce hot water and someone replaced the tap in the afternoon. I agree with others that the breakfast is expensive for not very good quality ingredients, but it is easy enough to buy what you need from Tesco next door. The biggest snag was how very hot and stuffy the room was. I wonder if this is because there is no cladding and insulation on the building currently. If you happen to be in the room in the afternoon it is really noisy with the building work - but you can?t make omelettes without breaking a few eggs. It is also claustrophobic since the window is painted over. I wish I?d known these problems before I?d booked.

Well located hotel, very clean room and building, spoilt by lack of staff, waiting over 10 minutes on arrival at an unmanned reception desk, very slow service at an unmanned bar, food very expensive and poor selection.

Was not staying but the staff were polite and the bar /reception area was clean.

Was doing an event at rugby station, so great location for that. No issues. Although rugby central .. that's the name of the station that used to exist in another part of town.
Anyway. Room, small, clean, generally fine except for the windows had a film over them so you couldn't see out. If I'm looking over the station I wouldn't mind seeing the trains that's causing the noise.
Had to give a ore-order for food, food was very tasty, staff were really present, and stayed on after their shift for a bit. But that bar shift finished at 10pm, on a Friday . Not great . Also, given this m the climate, why is the only lagar on tap, a Budweiser ?
Breakfast, the staff embarrassed me saying I didn't have the breakfast that my booking included. Since I'd have to pay for WiFi to prove them wrong, this was infuriating, as they had asked me to show the email. Turned out they had a record that breakfast was included. So aside from embarrassing me, that achieved nothing.
Breakfast, okay. Unlimited. No issues, on e they stopped hassling me because they hadn't read the booking

I did not stay over at this hotel but needed to access its services for a short time. The staff member available was very polite, welcoming, empathic and sensitive to my needs. Internally, the overall appearance of the, reception, dining/restaurant areas and other communal facilities were clean and inviting. I could have stayed to eat and relax, if time had permitted. The hotel is conveniently located close to Rugby train station and the Tesco almost adjacent to the hotel provides a convenient access point for shopping and any other additional needs during your stay.

The building looked like a construction site, the car park was tiny and often nowhere to park, after sitting in traffic everyday cos the location is terrible and the train station next door gives you a good 3-4 am wake up call. The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy and after 4 nights there for business discovered the bed had bed bugs couldn?t wait to get out of there. Downstairs bar is way overpriced and the breakfast was mediocre at best AVOID, the staff were lovely and a credit to an otherwise terrible hotel.

It's ok but I not like that hotel is so close to Tesco because then it is not enough space for parking. Other thing no condition in room. There was fun in room but that was not enough in hot weather.

?Huge thanks to the Travelodge team, especially Sunny and his colleagues, for their amazing support with a recent parking charge issue.
Dealing with unexpected charges after my stay was stressful, but Sunny and the team went above and beyond to help. Their quick communication and dedication were truly impressive! A special shout-out to the polite and helpful colleague I spoke on the phone last Tuesday as well.
?Just a heads-up for future guests: be aware that parking directly in front is managed by Premier Park Ltd, and their appeal process is not very forgiving. Best to mention to the receptionist when checking in.
Thanks to their efforts, everything was sorted out efficiently. This kind of outstanding customer service makes a real difference. I highly recommend this Travelodge! ?

Nice very cheap hotel that's got great deals. Rooms clean, modern and seems new. Train station round the corner and a Tesco express next door.
