I had the pleasure of visiting my local Timpson recently and was genuinely blown away by the service. Mikey personally handled both two key cutting jobs and three watch repairs for me, and he did them all with incredible care and precision.
Not only was the work flawless (the keys worked perfectly first time, and my watches haven?t missed a beat since), but Mikey was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in what he does. It?s rare to find that kind of craftsmanship and friendly professionalism these days.
Highly recommend this branch to anyone needing key cutting, watch repairs, or just good old-fashioned great service. Thanks again to Mikey and his apprentice - I?ll definitely be back!

Used this place a few times since moving to the area. Watch batteries, keys and a very lovely watch engraving. The guy running this place is totally great. Reliable, friendly, knowledgable. Highly highly recommend!

Great watch battery service by Mikey - he loves his watches, is really knowledgeable, and it was really nice chatting with him as he worked. 21 years experience and still a youngster by my standards. The best branch visited and is highly recommended.

It says on the front of the store under the counter 'WATCH AND JEWELLERY REPAIRS' but he apparently doesn't do jewellery??? Wasted trip!!!

Went to cut three keys for my house and it was very expensive but the one star is for the fact that NONE of the 3 keys actually worked? frankly I am appalled. Not recommended.
