Well presented store. Polite and knowledgeable staff helped me choose some books for my niece and nephew. Unbelievable prices, i ended up getting 5 books for £5! I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I placed an order online which told me my item was in stock, however I still had to wait five days for my item to actually arrive into the store! That said, I visit The Works quite often, as it's handy for all the bits and pieces my 10 year old daughter is drawn to (ie. Unicorn and mermaid c**p!!) and on the whole the store in Rugby is well stocked, always clean and tidy and the members of staff are always friendly and helpful.
