You try and find a member of staff no where to be seen poor management cutting down there numbers. Oh I did find one member of staff to help me on the shop floor he was no help so I walked out empty handed.

Very large store over 2 floors & steps (looking tired) connecting. Wheeled shopping baskets usually available.
Layout and placements a little mixed. Difficult to know where to look & end of isle placements seem a bit random.
Often lots of empty shelves. Isles a bit cramped. Prices can be mixed vs other stores. A pretty wide range of product types but as expected usually not a big selection within each type like a specialist store would have. Still useful though.
Often long queues & waiting for tills to open.
Staff OK & usually friendly but mixed as to knowing where stuff is & product knowledge.
Free parking (up to a certain time) & plenty of it but shared with other retail stores on the complex.

When it's busy it really does need more tills open.. Also the lift is in need of some serious maintenance.

Well what can I say about the range I use to love this shop but not as much now since they closed the cafe permanently which i went in regularly i recently went in to do some shopping found out they had completely closed all toilets upstairs including the one downstairs for ? & staff
closed permantly only for staff now which I use alot due to disabilities & other health problems I had to wait and go to Costa no mention of when upstairs toilets will reopen quite lot of shelves upstairs not stocked back up after Christmas half of items don't have prices ,long queues at checkout specially at the weekend,
