Bought some perfume the assistants were very helpful

I ordered a perfume for my anniversary with an engraving on. When it arrived and I opened it there was no engraving. I was not told that I wouldn?t be receiving my item as I had ordered it and I still got charged for the engraving. If i had been told that I wouldn?t be receiving the engraving I would have cancelled the order as I only ordered it from the Fragrance Shop due to it giving me the option to engrave the perfume bottle. When I complained to customer services they were extremely unhelpful telling me I wouldn?t be able to get a full refund due to me having opened the perfume which I had to do to know that the engraving wasn?t there. They also told me thatI would have to pay for postage if I was going to send it back and I would not get a full refund. Whilst being unapologetic. they told me that their manufacturers were not doing the engravings but I should have been told this before they sent my order out. I ended up getting a refund for the engraving only which I was not happy with and I am really unsatisfied with the service, the product and lack of help, long response time and whole experience. Customer services were meant to call me within 72 hours to deal with the complaint however they never phoned me back. Poor communication and awful service. I would not buy from there again and I do not recommend ordering from the Fragrance Shop.

Last month I visited the fragrance shop. It was a new experience as this was the first time I had been to the fragrance shop in Rugby. It was a great experience, where I was kindly greeted by Joe who was one of the sales assistants there. Joe was very polite and helpful and allowed me to pick out the Versace Eros fragrance and clearly knows his stuff, despite still being one of the youngest staff there.This fragrance came at a good price and was less than I expected to pay after researching online elsewhere. Overall, it was a great experience and thank you to Joe for helping me select the perfect fragrance for my skin sensitivity.

This feedback is not for my Local Store Rugby, Its for the Head office Sales team,Ordered a Perfume to Click and Collect on 22nd of Dec as per their website to collect it before Christmas turned out to be a sham and on 24th till store closing time there is nothing for me. Recently bought a Membership to which I regret now. Its not the matter of money its the trust you do on such a big company's service which let you down on this kind of big event. Popped in on a whim , was served by rugby store manager he couldn't do more for us very polite and friendly, we ended up buying two new fragrances and he gave us some lovely free gifts , customer service is still a thing here .

Offer to price match in a 5 mile radius of the store. However as my town dosent have a perfume shop yet 3 local towns do refused to price match. So ended up driving 15 mins for that store to say they would do the match. Brought from the perfume shop as they were the reason the fragrance shop had me drive to another town. Honestly will not buy from the fragrance shop again do to their wishy washy price promise
