Just been dealt with by Coby on a busy Saturday afternoon he showed such care can calmness on the checkout, also the security guy always welcomes you with a smile when you arrive, wish all Tesco stores were as great as this one !!! Well done team rugby

Yesterday on 30/07/25 around 20:30 was coming home in coton park.By the Snelldale roundabout where at the evening most of the cars park in the right side of the road, this ?lovely lady? seen that I was coming , approaching the roundabout and even her lane was blocked with the cars and even noticing I was coming, she still decided to jump in front in the opposite driveway and start to show me to drive back. Sorry love, you?re not and emergency services, and if you?re seeing the car it?s coming and your way it?s blocked with parked cars, be professional and wait, prove that you know how to drive , not just jump in front and make a drama later cos you don?t know how to drive in reverse.
I m sorry I was shouting but you drive me crazy with your incompetence and arrogance.
So probably your management should look into selecting their staff more carefully.

Fairly good stock at all times. Seen alot of staff talking or walking around but never seen the more than one till open. Keep in mind I only ever visit past 8pm
The store is clean and bright. The stock normally has good dates.

OPEN SOME TILLS!
Nobody manning checkouts pre 8:00am. Don't bother filling a trolley in the morning- you will be told to use 'self service tills'. Okay if you have a sandwich and a bag of crisps, not so good for the weekly shop!

Staff in self serve tills are very rude and abrupt. Why bother having them as they are more faff than they are worth if they have too many thieves!

there was a lady working (middle aged, long brown curly hair and a leopard skirt i think, must have been a manager) who shouted at a younger colleague and was really quite nasty and unprofessional in front of all the customers. it felt like bullying and really not nice and uncomfortable to watch. it actually really ruined my day and made me go off shopping at my local rugby tesco. it made me hug my daughter a little tighter at dinner time.
