Extremely unprofessional service. The worst pharmacy experience in the UK by far. They have absolutely no regard for customer service. The pharmacist was extremely rude and incompetent.

Deliberately not picking up the phone whilst I'm away so that I was unable to ask them to hold onto my meds until after my able to get back.Same everytime I call them thoughWorthy of being shut down.

When you get a text message that your prescription is ready and you go to collect it it?s actually never ready, you need to go back later to collect it. Luckily I live close, but still it?s such a waste of time. Horrible service.

On the website it says that it opens at 6:30 am. I went to the pharmacy at 6:40 am because I urgently needed allergy medicine, but surprise, the pharmacy was closed and I was told that it opens at 9 am. Why does the website show a time, but do you open at another time? It would be ok to change it on the website as well, so as not to mislead people.

Absolutely awful have tried ringing everyday several times a day now for a week with no reply. I have just changed to these but will be changing again. I need medication but do not drive so can't afford to go to store to ask them to get prescription ready ( they need two days notice) then go again to collect. When I've been in store there has been more than one member of staff there so no real reason not to answer the phone.

In store experience is good. Staff are very attentive, however no-one ever picks the phone up, which sometimes means making the journey twice, once to request the prescription be made up, the other to pick it up as it can?t always be done straight away (or within 20 mins). More staff required.I hear there is now a 48 hour notice period required! If so someone needs to be there to answer the phone? PLEASE.

Used to be good until they took on all the new people from sainsburys. Extremely slow and ignore all my phonecalls! 30 times ive tried ringing the last two days! As a long time customer I'm extremely disappointed.

Ask you to preorder your bulk prescriptions but when you call they don't answer or answer then cut the call. This can be very frustrating.

Had a txt to say my prescription was ?ready for collection ?. When I went to collect it I was told it would be 10mins if I could come back. I asked why I had a txt saying it was ready when it wasn?t. I was told twice by a very snotty assistant that the medication was on the premises but they had had a procedure to follow. Ready for collection implies it is ready for collection not ready 10 mins after you arrive to collect it Really annoyed both at the service but also the attitude of staff. Not good service.

Really unpleasant experience this morning.My earnings fluctuate month to month meaning I am sometimes entitled to NHS prescriptions and sometimes I'm not. Because of this, I always pay for my prescriptions and get a blue receipt so I can claim back my prescription payment for the months where my earnings are below the earning threshold. I've done this for years at a number of different pharmacies and never had an issue.I went in store today 02/09/22 to request a refund on a number of prescriptions I paid for a few weeks ago, as my earnings were below the threshold this month. I went in with a print screen of the NHS website, which stated my circumstances and clearly stated that I am entitled to free prescriptions for the time period when these prescriptions were paid for however, this wasn't sufficient for the staff behind the counter who said that I need further proof. Confused, I explained that I've done this so many times before and never had a problem, to which they told me to go back to those other pharmacists and get them to refund me despite me paying for my prescriptions at this store.After going back and forth for some time, I then had to login to my universal credit account, share my payment history with them, share my journal messages with them all whilst there's a queue of people building behind me, whom I feel are watching and listening to this conversation about my personal financial situation. Never have I been made to feel so embarrassed.After about 30 minutes, the older lady who was refusing the refund agreed to do it and said something to the liking of "You must sign this document which says you will be charged for fraud if you're incorrectly claiming free prescriptions" again, with what felt like an audience behind me.I was physically shaking at the end of this conversation, especially given the nature of my prescriptions were for anxiety. I felt like I was given a thorough dressing down in the middle of the store or like I was caught for stealing. Mia, the lady who served me, was fantastic but I seriously hope Some amendments in procedures or training take place as I'd never want this to happen to anyone else again.
