The best Superdrug I?ve ever visited, majority of the staff are super helpful and welcoming however on both occasions I have visited the store I have encountered rude comments and poor customer service from the older blonde lady behind the tills. Both times she has spoken to me in such a rude manner and can?t even crack a smile, was very unprofessional and embarrassing on her behalf.

Very disappointed with Superdrug eyebrow lady, I was told to come back after 10 minutes to get my eyebrows done, then when arrived she told me I had to wait again, I had two small children with me that couldn?t wait any longer, so never got my eyebrows done! Not good

Further to visiting the store yesterday in the hope of getting my step daughter ears pierced, but found out that it wasn?t available, however spoke with an assistant who booked us in for an ear piercing & eye brow threading for me. Arranged for 4pm & 4.15pm for both appointments, the assistant took down my mobile number too. I picked my step daughter up straight from school & headed for Superdrug, we were kept waiting for 22mins, to be told they?d moved the appointment to tomorrow!!! but then asked what time would we be available?Why was I not informed by phone or even text???. A 35m round trip for nothing?We will NOT be returning to that store.
