No lifts in the shop. I really struggled to get up the stairs and i walk with a stick (40yrs old) congenital disability.
I needed to look at children's swimming shorts and was told to go upstairs by their staff, i made a comment to say how will i manage the stairs?, and the staff said sorry but this is just how it is, he then turned around to look at another staff member and continued to talk to him. Nobody bothered to help me, to then discover that the swim shorts were actually downstairs. I was in a lot of pain walking, and struggled with 2 young children.
When i asked the staff why is there not a lift, he said its a poorly designed building and its always been that way.
How this store are getting away with this is beyond me.
Do sports direct -Rugby think that people with mobility issues dont need to bother shopping? We will see about this, once i get in touch with trading standards.

I dont know why but the store stinks, BO smell is rampant. Please ensure basic hygiene of staff please. Also theres never any staff upstairs

If I could give zero stars I would. Really bad sallers, disappointed with shopping. Different Price on aisle, different on product, different online and different when you come to pay. Online shoes were 60£, in shop in Rugby 69.99£ and when you pay by cash machine in sho89.99£. I found out from receipt after payment, said to lady who i paid i would not buy it,I want return and buy online than,she said sorry we don't return money only voucher which you can use here,not online. Be careful! Check,do not trust anything and anyone in this shop! It was my last shopping there and would never recommend to anyone

Completely inaccessible so you can't see half of the shop and women's wear is up stairs... if you have a pushchair or wheelchair there is no loft, just a giant split staircase... very disappointing ?

Cannot get staff on the floor. Was there with my son on Tuesday and looked around for someone to get me his shoe size. Walked down to the not so polite cashier after looking around for an attendant for over 20mins. A lovely attendant came up after 15mins. The customer service could do better

No lift to the upper floor, making it inaccessible to people with limited mobility or people with push chairs etc. Very poor for 2024!Also, stock levels are poor. Many items in deals such as 2 for £20 etc however there were not two of the same size.Also the store was dirty. The floor was very dusty and clothes soon got covered in dust.

Good collection of shoes however no one to attend, seems staffs want to avoid customers.
