Excellent customer service at Sofology Rugby! Met with a genuine welcome on the way in and left to browse in peace. A member of staff was always on hand if we had questions... but no pushy sales.Big thanks to Phillipa who handled our purchase which was our second from this store. Phillipa was very helpful and knowledgeable.We will return in the future...a much better experience than the pushy salespeople in DFS.... despite being part of the same company.

Sofology is an absolutely terrible company. Please do not shop here. They ordered me the wrong sofa, it?s my fault apparently. Also after 3 months of waiting they didn?t know if my bed that I ordered from them was going to be cancelled or delivered. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls with customer services, they have cancelled the bed that I bought to match my sofa. Absolutely disgusted with how they have treated me. If you shop here you are letting yourself in for absolute hell. You will get told to ring someone else, then someone else and they still won?t have any answers. Don?t even know how Sofology is still operating and will be very surprised if it?s still in business in a few years time judging by the reviews that others have left also.

Absolutely shocking standard of workmanship. Thought we were buying abs paid for quality. Waited 10 weeks and sofa turned up was dreadful. Two seater frame bent so wouldn?t sit level. Stitching was so bad I could have done better! Over 15 marks in the leather. Cushions different on each side of the sofa! Never buy from here they are rubbish.

Excellent chesterfield design sofas. Very happy with my environmentally friendly, fire safety compliant and chesterfield design sofas and my rose pink designer sofa bench all from Sofology. Excellent customer service from the whole team at Sofology.

Selection was good but the sales assistant stalked us around the shop. We felt more comfortable buying a sofa in DFS

No idea where our sofa is. It hasn't turned up and cannot get through to customer services. The web chat does not work - or no one's working. Maybe they're all self-isolating?

Visited the store in Rugby in July and was pleasantly surprised at how much choice is on display and I understand there is even more in their warehouse. I was assisted by Sadeq who was very informative, helpful and friendly. He helped me choose my perfect sofa. Sadly due to covid, there was a delay in delivery but sofology offered me a sofa on loan which I thought was a lovely touch and the loan sofa served me well until last Thursday when my new sofa arrived. The two guys who delivered (not sure of their names) were fantastic. They kept myself and themselves safe by wearing masks and distancing and unwrapped and placed my sofa where I wanted it. They were both very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending sofology.

Karen was really helpful in pointing us towards clearance sofas in my price range, we managed to find a great deal beyond what I could have expected on an ex-display two seater with chaise lounge. I never felt pressured to buy and was given plenty of time and space to consider options, including from the surrounding furniture outlets. I'm not a fan of the website which you need to use to arrange delivery as it employs a strange queue system to access your account and in my experience didn't load properly half the time in addition to the user interface not responding as expected in my endeavors. However, this issue isn't reflective of the Rugby store whatsoever.

Louise Wallace once again provided excellent, friendly and efficient service. Delay caused by Covid 19 for delivery of our armchair doesnt matter anymore as she was so pleasant. Happy to have given you our business and cant wait for arrival of our new foot stall to complete our new lounge furniture. 10/10 ?
