Edit, I'm changing my review because the just eat app is rubbish. Thought they didn't turn up , but food was delivered. No tracking system with just eat and wrong eta's ect. Use their website or in store, never had a problem with these guys ever that way.

Ordered in store after a night out. Got home and found the pizza was burnt.Rang the shop to get the em to deliver a replacement and take the burnt one but they refused and wanted me to bring it back after trying to explain they hung up. So I got a lift up there. They opened the box and just handed me the cash for it and refused to remake it. Surely they knew the pizza was burnt when they put it in the box why hand that to a customer. Rubbish customer service and rubbish pizza go somewhere else don?t waste your money with these fools.

ABSOLUTELY INFURIATED! I ordered online from Snappy's Rugby, expecting a complete order, only to find half my stuff missing!I called the store ? the number just RANG DEAD. FIVE TIMES! Finally, I get someone on the phone, probably the delivery guy's PARROT, because this joker accuses me of trying to scam them for "freebies"! He INSISTS he packed it all himself, like some kind of one-man packing show.Then, get this ? he wants me to TALK TO THE DRIVER to rummage through HIS CAR like I'm on some kind of wild goose chase! I refuse, of course, and wouldn't you know it, FOUR SECONDS FLAT this "gentleman" is back on the phone claiming the driver checked the car and ? surprise, surprise ? nothing.Replacements? Apparently, that costs them the GDP of a small nation. So forget it! Absolutely USELESS customer service.Never. Ordering. Again. This place is worse than a sitcom gone wrong ? it's like Fawlty Towers with a side of missing food! #BoycottThisMess #FindADecentPizzaPlace

Service is appalling!!!!!After being quoted 50 to 60 mins for delivery, given that its a Monday evening even that seemed excessive but I decided to be patient and proceed with my order. I wasn't prepared for a whole 1 ½hours wait!!20 minutes prior to delivery I was told the order was already on its way but given the current traffic conditions and my home proximity, i found it hard to believe it would even have taken that long for it not to havw arrived yet. I called again to ask the status of my order because 4 of the meals were kids meals so they were not happy kids having to wait so long! The attitude of the 'gentleman' was not great, didn't seem apologetic and said its not his problem and tried to blame the driver!! Not the attitude to take when you order from an establishment because its them who should be held accountable not the delivery drivers!The irony is the driver was apologetic and said it took him about 7 minutes to get to me which is about accurate and an odd number to make up if that would have been the case. How also seemed very shocked when I pointed out the time of my order which was even verified on the receipt, he genuinely seemed surprised.Aside from the ridiculous wait and poor customer service, the food would have been actually very good IF it wasn't laden in so much grease!!!!I will not be ordering again.

I have two very picky autistic children. We have treats on Mondays. Last Monday we ordered delivery from snappys? they loved it. This time we went in to order and collect. The lady behind the counter (25/9/23 @ 4pm) was the loveliest women ever. She accommodated everything we asked for and then even gave my kids ice cream free! They were so happy and love the food, not to mention how amazing their food is after a night out for me ?. Can?t recommend enough
