I don't buy much from Screwfix Rugby, but there have been a number of occasions they have got me out of a birthday or Christmas fix. I'm pleased we have a Screwfix in Rugby.

Ordered click and collect, got confirmation saying order ready. Went to store nothing in stock. Was then a faff to get the refund processed. So a pretty useless central stock system or at store level.

Went to pick up my click and collect order today, one part they brought out within 5 minutes. I waited for the second part but it wasn't brought out. When I asked if there was a problem i was given a few excuses then eventually it appeared. I was given a voucher for some money off my next purchase but not sure if I'll go back. Definitely gone down hill.

A hardware store with service. It's better to know what you want, order it and pick it up than to expect competent advice across the full range of products. The very friendly people do what they can and you get a good feeling.

Some staff are really good but some don't even ready to help. You have to be a technical person to shop in this store otherwise you won't be able to find the product, even if you have a sample product with you. You will be asked to go to the tab, search and let them know the product code which you want to buy.
