Love this shop nomally ... but today an item had the wrong price come up at the self check out... ask member of staff to check but felt it was too much trouble for her. She never even shadowed me as i went to check price. I had to find her in the shop again to tell her it is incorrect.

Popped in for a few essentials and found the store well stocked and very clean.
Laura was so helpful in the bakery , even helped me find the things I couldn't locate and Lou on the till was so cheerful and made me feel a very valued customer!

Today I saw truly exceptional customer service. Both the till operator and manager assisting an old person with there shopping going far and above what is expected of them. Excellent that this still happens.

Convenient but very expensive. Most of the staff seem unhappy and one in particular has an attitude problem. Better off popping to the Aldi next door.

Situated on the Hillmorton Rd a few parking spaces which are shared with a charity shop which is behind sainsbury's local.
Friendly staff always polite and helpful. A very handy little store to have in Hillmorton.

Thankyou to the lady (didn?t get her name sadly) who offered to look after our dog while we popped into the Hillmorton store today approx 12.45. She was about to start her shift, she noticed we were concerned about leaving our dog outside and helped us by watching her so we could do our shopping. So helpful, even though she hadn?t started work yet! Thankyou!

Rude and aggressive staff, I have been a customer for many years and sometimes I don't even get greeted. The shop is often disorganized and things out of date, the coffee machine is always missing or the cups or spoons the service is really poor

Fill your shelves up, absolute joke. Went today and almost every shelf, freezers and fresh veg empty. Staff restocking with single boxes, drip feeding stock to shelves. Complete joke which nobody will forget after Coronas virus is concluded !
