My wife she been 3 times to collect her medicines , first time told her to come back tomorrow, next day told her to come back afternoon And than when she come back afternoon they told come in one hour
I don't know why my gp send prescription to this pharmacy it's the worst
She have to come back for 4th time now

A pharmacy should NOT close on bank holidays if they are supplying strict prescription plans. Absolutely abhorrent. Most that work there are really nice, it's just the being closed on bank holidays that's messed up for a pharmacy which has chosen itself to provide these things. Because you don't want to be open on a bank holiday, you force people through excruciating experiences that only you could possibly have nightmares of

I have to use Bennfield Chemist a lot and the service is professional, fast and very friendly. I think the service gets better year after year too. I enjoy my visits to collect my prescription items immensely. I have used their Blood Pressure service too which is great and always am able to get advice without having to always go to GP. Keep up the great work and my compliments to all the staff at Bennfield Chemists. ?

Manager was very unprofessional and denied services for a venerable adult. Have no sympathy or understanding and was very rude on the phone.

I found them and helpful and friendly.
Had to have a flu jab, I?m petrified of needles but the lady was gentle and assuring. Did not realise that she done it.

Just very rude people - no desire to serve their customers with any care or urgency, and openly moaning about how much they hate their jobs with a full shop of customers listening. Unprofessional, uncaring and unbothered.
