I've used this pharmacy now for 8 months and found all the staff friendly efficient helpful happy polite and caring. I used to go to Benfield Road pharmacy and changed due to the lack of respect for people with health issues and their total incompetence.I am happy now using Clifton Road and have not had any problems at all. My prescription is always ready for me unlike the other aforementioned branch. I have recommended others to use this branch and all are very happy with the service.

This pharmacy are fabulous. Always polite when my father was end of life they were so good in ensuring his prescriptions were ready even with short notice. This is the bench mark standard. Awsome.

Been going there for several years and find the staff very friendly, tho at times they are extremely busy they always have time to sort things out!Relaxing atmosphere when waiting to collect my prescription, as I said staff are friendly, helpful and professional!

I used to get my Prescriptions via an online delivery pharmacy however it was taking 1and a half to 2 weeks to be delivered via royal mail. So I thought joining my local pharmacy would make it a lot quicker. So I joined this pharmacy early this year and I have to say the staff are very polite and friendly however again the the prescription delivery service is really slow. From the day I order my prescription it was taking over 2 weeks to deliver no matter how many times I phoned to ask where it was and we are talking about heart medication aswell. I've since decided to leave and Join the pharmacy my mum is with and I get my prescription deliverd 2 days after ordering it everytime

But the store had a large selection of products. Professional staff will advise you on everything you need. The entrance is also via a ramp, so it is also suitable for the immobile.

Staff are very friendly and nice but it doesn?t make up for the incompetence slow extremely slow to fill a prescription.They work on a texting service but it doesn?t work, my prescription was ready for days and I waited for a text and my wife called in and it was ready.Wednesday afternoon I was with my doctor and she sent through a prescription for this new cream that might just take my pain away but the text didn?t come so I?ll have to wait now till next week, 1 item and it takes 3 maybe 4 days who knows?I think I?ll change my chemist again ????

Prescription put in.... asked if they definitely had access to the item as it was in short stock elsewhere. Checked and confirmed stock was available and **order had been placed**.Said it would be here tomorrow and would call. Thanked them as I did not want to hand in prescription only to be subsequently told they could not get it.Spin forward 5 days - no call, so chased. "We are out of stock and canot get any".**Thanks for wasting my time** despite asking clear and unambigous questions, and having an order commited in their replenishment system.

When you first visit this pharmacy beware, the entrance door opens automatically - outwards! Be ready to step back quickly. Then be ready to be ignored by the staff for a while because they've got more important things to do than serve you. Allow three days for a prescription to be filled and, finally, be ready to be served by someone behind a plastic screen wearing a surgical mask. There are better pharmacies.

Best placed near Clifton road surgery and able to order medicine and get mobile notifications when ready. Sometimes bit expensive than others, however, good option to choose this as preferred pharmacy for prescribed medicines.
