The thing with a premier inn is you know what you will get. And I like that. What I liked more on this visit is the chef for breakfast. He had some pieces of fried bread on the buffet, and asked me if the bacon was cooked to my satisfaction. Top lad. Fried bread needs to be on the menu regularly.
Issue with the room is that the toilet hadn't been flushed and there was some urine left in the bowl.

We have visited this Premier Inn location on many occasions and have found staff both front of house and breakfast area very helpful. Would like to give a special mention about Shane who was the breakfast chef on Saturday 8/3/25 for his friendly service.

Modern room with much improved decor and walk in shower, friendly staff, good location just of M6, breakfast was as expected. HOWEVER bathroom utterly stank of drains (I see this is an ongoing problem from other reviews), walls thin as could hear people talk next door, no AC so expect would be very hot in summer, and the electric radiator on the wall repeatedly clicked loudly for some time when turned on which was very disturbing when trying to get to sleep. Would not stay here again.
Rooms: Stayed in a modern refurbished room but bathroom absolutely stank of drains.
Food and drinks: Only breakfast onsite. Separate harvester next door for dinner.

Just did a walk in for breakfast,the staff were very busy but apologised for delay on taking so long making my daughters boiled eggs ,so professional,I would love to stay at this hotel if this is the elite standard that this hotel offers it's guests. thank you again. I would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed just the one night, didn?t eat at the hotel. I liked the new decor room. Pity it?s not kept up to standard, bathroom was shabby in places!

Foul-smelling bathroom, funky odored towels, no proper air con (just a WWII engine loud pedestal fan), awful hard pillows. Avoid if you can.

Stay for the F1 Silverstone. 3 nights, been here before, this time we had room issues. First room was not even cleaned, still had prevoius guests unmade bed linen and laundry in place. Second room had no towels, and needed a clean, spot lights really dusty, spiders in corners, table needed a wipe. A new cleaning team required maybe?
Reception staff were VERY good, friendly, helpful and resolved the issues quickly, without any fuss, regained my faith.
