“The most welcoming post office. Very helpful and patient staff. Whilst there I also needed some really large post bags and it was a relief to see they had several really big bags to choose from. They are also very dog friendly and will have a treat for your pooch though I decline as I have an allergy dog.”

“A great little post office is always busy, has two tills and very knowledgeable staff. They have never let me down when posting abroad or for UK, my parcels and cards have always arrived in good time to the destination. They are happy with prepaid parcels for eBay customers that have paid online.”

“Jay really efficient, helpful and patient. This shop is packed to roof with almost everything you could want in an emergency, as well as the embedded post office. However, parking is awkward if you are not in walking distance.”

“The brownsover post office is based inside the Spar supermarket in hollowell way in rugby, its right at the back of the store. The post office provides an excellent service for the local community, what with paying bills, posting letters and parcels, cheques, banking services etc etc. The staff are great and they have worked there for years so onece they get to know you as a local also they go out of their way to help you as much as they can. They get very busy on mondays and thursday and yet they still provide a very effiecient and excellent service and remain professionable and very friendly no matter what stress they must be under. They have been very helpful to myself as i have done many ebay stuff over the last couple of months to get oney for christmas and they have give me the best time to go up and post all my stuff, showed me how to do the labels and packaging efficently and never make me feel rushed or anything. They also have gave me lots of tips and ideas about my ebay stuff as they have many people whom they provide service to regarding ebay selling. They are great and provide a invaluable service to the community.”

“What a fantastic little shop got most everyday things you need and the staff are so friendly cannot do enough for you. bit of an early riser myself called into this shop i needed a sandwich the tray was empty as it was only 5.35 am the lady behind the counter asked me what i was looking for and did no more than went and made me a sandwich out the back of the shop awesome !! i will be using this shop every morning without fail. lovely people.”
