The most welcoming post office. Very helpful and patient staff. Whilst there I also needed some really large post bags and it was a relief to see they had several really big bags to choose from. They are also very dog friendly and will have a treat for your pooch though I decline as I have an allergy dog.

Handy if you live near Bilton village, has good range of cards, gifts & newsagent. Parking nearby at Coop & Tesco.

Staff are always helpful, efficient, very knowledgable with a lovely customer focussed attitude regardless of how busy they are.The branch is very well presented with an excellent range of products from which to choose.Must be one of the best Post Office branches in the country. It?s good doing business with you.

Husband called in to send letter to passport office. Asked for recorded delivery. The lady said it has to go tracked and signed, Was charged £7.25. When he came home I said that's way more expensive than tracked and upon checking the lady had charged him for Special Delivery which he did not asked for. Should be less than £5 after checking prices. Tracked is NOT Special Delivery so I would advise some staff training as this is unacceptable.
