Over recent weeks I have visited Wolseley plumbing Centre Rugby. I have found the Manager Rory and his female assistant Lesley to be extremely knowledgeable about the products they stock. They have always been very helpful, offering alternative products or items I've not previously considered.They have the facility to order stock in for first thing the following morning so I don't waste time waiting for parts.They also offer a delivery service.They have a great team there. I have now made it my preferred plumb centre

Although reasonably friendly, Absolutely no knowledge or help at all. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to these guys and told them the problem and showed them the photo of the tap, they told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc. They seemed totally clueless or just wanted to sell me a new tap.Being a bit sceptical I went to 'John Nicholls Merchants' for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all.I showed the guy behind the counter a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job.Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed.Please think twice before visiting this merchant, either they are clueless or just want to take money out of your pocket, maybe both.It's good to know there are knowledgeable and honest people out there unlike this place. I just need to drive a little bit further.
