If I could give 0 stars I would!Absolutely awful company! Shocking customer service. Filled with lies, make it all up as they go along. NEVER waste your money or time with this company.Promised to fit kitchen flooring. At every opportunity something went wrong- not turning up for quotes.?Manager? called to reassure they were coming so we?ve un-plumbed and removed all kitchen appliances whilst waiting for them to come and fit. Get to the afternoon, no sign. Call them to enquire as to what is happening and now, despite reassuring us this morning they were good to go, they now don?t have the flooring and can?t tell us when they?ll have it. SO much time and effort wasted.Don?t waste your time. NEVER again!!!

Had our carpet fitted yesterday and chaps were rapid and did a great job. Don't let the outside or inside of the store put you off the service and quality. Definitely would recommend and use again.

This place is a discrace my grandparents paid cash for a sofa which fell apart and they can't refund and where suppose to be replacing the sofa they are money grabbers and have took full advantage of old people

Terrible customer service, went in twice to this shop to get some vinyl each time was fobbed off with some excuse then I left my number to expect a call when the fitter could cut the vinyl as the guy in the shop was useless! Waited over a week then when I called was fobbed off again saying they would call back. 3 wks later no vinyl it's as if they don't want your service so I went to Karpet Kingdom on Bilton Road within 5 mins walked out with vinyl that's what I call good customer service! PCF TAKE NOTE!

I was very happy with the service they provided, got a carpet and they arrive on time the very next day, fitters done and amazing job, the prices were also very reasonable, overall I was very satisfied, I will definitely be going back and recommending them to all my family and friends

Nice quality carpetbut should be called pretty crap fitting as fitters made atrocious job. Even broke health and safety regulations by joining two carpets using a lino bar at top of stairs. Do not use for fitting!
